Role and Responsibilities
- Reports to and coordinates closely with KP HealthConnect Program Manager
- Manage KP HealthConnect (KPHC) National project schedules, tasks and plans using MicroSoft
Project Server
- Link Key Regional ( 8 regions) Milestones to the National KP HealthConnect Plan
- Coordinate and manage KPHC Regional Engagement and inter-regional meetings using Lotus
Notes and Webex
- Create, manage and distribute meeting notes and follow-up on action items from the
meetings
- Create presentations and status reports for leadership
- Create/Update project timelines, workflow diagrams, system flow diagrams, organization charts
using MS Visio
- Administer/manage Sharepoint for National KP HealthConnect team
- Manage and Update the KP HealthConnect requirements documents/build guides and other
project documents based on new Epic vendor documentation
- Manage and maintain requirements in Requirements Management Tool.
- Help to manage transition from old application (Borland's Caliber) to the new (IBM
Rational Suite) in Summer 2013. Serve as point of contact for training.
- Manage and maintain Vendor Alignment dashboard for the in scope CD-BIO Applications
- Manage and Process Change requests to the ICD-10 Master inventory for the CD-BIO
applications
- Manage Project Issues/Risks on Sharepoint
- Assist with problem resolution and follow-up
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience Level:
6-10 years of demonstrated growth and accountability (comp to Sr. Level PM);
5+ years' proven experience with systems/process analysis or as a business analyst within healthcare.
Prefer consultants with 2+ years of KP experience

Preferred Skills
PMP Certification
Knowledge of health information and health care services regulatory environment, particularly ICD-10
Expertise in using business analysis tools such as IBM Rational Toolset or Microfocus/Borland Caliber.
Expertise in creating Data flow Diagrams, Conceptual Data Models, Use case Diagrams, Class Diagrams,
Sequence and Activity Diagrams
