Handles cellular account management, including invoices management and BC allocation. Additionally is primary technical support to enterprise mobile devices.

Requirements
Strong Interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Able to prioritize objectives on a daily basis
Excellent Customer Care skills
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of Web technology and related business processes.
2 years retail wireless experience preferred
Expert skill level with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience with SAP accounts payables, receivable and match exceptions
Conscious of OSHA and other guidelines related to logistics and materials management.
Working knowledge of products and services
1-3 years experience PC hardware/software/troubleshooting
Working knowledge of Windows networking (eg TCP/IP, LAN)
1-3 years experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (eg Windows XP and 7)
1-3 years experience with supporting end-user VPN (eg, Cisco client VPN)
Basic knowledge of telecommunication and mobile industry
