Description
We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator who is well versed in MS SQL Server for an initial 4+ month contract, with a view to extending well into the latter part of 2014.
The main responsibilities for this role are the Daily monitoring & maintenance of the database which includes -
Performance tuning, Optimisation, Backup, Recovery & Replication. Be confident working with large scale SQL Server Databases. Our ideal candidate will also have previous experience working with Foglight and Litespeed with regards to the performance management and backup/recovery of the database. Any previous experience working with GoldenGate Veridata is highly desirable but not essential.
