Description
My client is a global provider of telecommunications and is looking for a Integration Manager/Field Manager/Field Team Lead who is immediately available to join an urgent project. The contract will be for an initial 2 months and will be based out of their Dublin office.
The successful Integration Manager/Field Manager/Field Team Lead will be a highly experienced engineer with team management capabilities.
Their main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Leading the RBS team
- Establishing and implementing the integration process for the program
- Interfacing to the customer on integration issues for the upgrade of their existing mobile network from 2G and 3G to LTE.
- Interfacing to 3rd Party Approved suppliers
- Ability to remotely manage teams
- Manage a mixture of remote/on-site resources.
The ideal Integration Manager/Field Manager/Field Team Lead will have had experience of managing in total of up to 15 Integration engineers. The role will also require and ensuring site visits are planned and tasks executed according to agreed process.
