Description
My client is looking for an experienced Windows Server Engineer who has an expertise in Windows SCCM technologies and someone who has worked for a large MNC.
The client is looking for someone who can start in 1-2 weeks. The role is a 6-7 month contract paying a daily rate. The client is looking for an Engineer with 3-5 years experience.
Duties:
Working in a team environment to support and maintain SCCM - OSD server infrastructure
Identify and resolve SCCM deployment issues in a large scale environment
Resolving deployment issues during software rollouts
General SCCM troubleshooting tasks
Work closely with engineers as part of a global team to communicate problems encountered and implement temporary and permanent corrective actions
Qualifications & Education:
With 3- 5 years' experience working in IT support environment supporting SCCM
Business & Technical Experience:
Experience with at least 3 of the following applications; SCCM ,Windows Server 2008, Active Directory, Windows 7
Experience supporting SCCM in a large scale environment 10,000 users +
Analyse, develop solutions and resolve issues to minimise or eliminate user or systems downtime.
Sound working knowledge of network infrastructures, hardware and technologies (DNS,
DHCP, MPLS)
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
Ability to furnish advice to his/her manager
Excellent documentation skills
Experience working in a diverse global environment
