Manager of Statistical Programming needed in NJ!

This large CRO has been an award winning group for several years and has gained a fantastic reputation in terms of their quality of work and technical advancements. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their growing team as a Manager of Statistical Programming for their Phase II - IV group. This individual will have the opportunity to oversee a group of statistical programmers!

Other opportunities you will be exposed to include, but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and resourcing staff
  • Track project timelines, budgets and resource needs across Biostatistics and Data Management
  • Report into the director of programming
  • Hybrid role: 70% Hands off/ 30% Hands on


All potential candidate must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • 5 + years clinical sas programming experience
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field
  • Must have database management experience
  • Must have SAS, PL/SQL programming experience
  • Supervisory experience required with a minimum of 2 years with Direct Reports
