Our client an NHS Body based in Wakefield are currently recruiting workforce planning analysts.
This is an 8 month contract role.
Experience required:
Fully versed in disciplines of forecasting volumes and AHT and building forecast models
capacity planning and calculating FTE requirements using erlang c and who can build capacity models
Understands how to do shift design modelling for 1000+ front line staff to get optimum schedule fit.
I am NOT looking to speak with MI or Business analysts I am looking for resource planning analysts.
