Description
An experienced Senior Change Analyst is required to on board a fast moving high profile project within a large financial institution. The successful candidates will be working with both technical and change experts in order to implement the best solutions to meet the business requirements.
Ideally, candidates will have previous exposure to a telephony environment or have worked within a major telephony based change programme (eBanking/mobile solutions).
Main Duties;
Ensure that all project deliverables are clearly defined and achievable
Rapidly understand both as-Is processes and the new Business Operating Model
Construct and develop feasible traceability matrixes and detailed business requirements
Further develop and maintain a stakeholder map, identifying what engagement is required for each.
Provide implementation support; working with the specialists and managers within their working areas
Identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials
Ensure that the projects are delivered on time and within budget
Support business process improvement strategies
Manage risks and issues, including conducting initial analyse and presenting appropriate mitigating solutions
Support the production and implementation of business cases
Key competencies:
Proven track record of conducting detailed analysis in a Senior Analyst role
Previous experience within a financial institution
Have an understanding of the project life cycle and project management methodologies
Strong stakeholder management skills
Has implemented eBanking and/or mobile solutions
Ability to map processes and document Business Operating Models
