A high profile global blue chip organisation is seeking an experienced Citrix Specialist to join their talented and dedicated team on a permanent basis in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a post sales relationship between the business and their Enterprise customers. You will also respond and resolve complex CITRIX related issues for an assigned set of accounts to ensure customers satisfaction.
To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria;
- At Least 5 years experience with Microsoft server technologies )
- Strong knowledge of Citrix products is a MUST
- CCEE certification is highly desirable but not essential
- Comprehensive knowledge of the latest PC and Networking technologies with the ability to understand and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience of working in Enterprise environments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
