Description
Project Manager - IT Governance
The contract is with a consultancy organisation to be on an assignment at a large European site in Stockholm.
The project involves;-
Conduct leadership alignment analysis; Assess training/coaching targets; Train approximately 20 managers, mostly IT and business senior profiles (Director, Heads of Units, Deputies of Heads of Units, directorate advisors, Head of Sections,), to COBIT and/or VAL-IT principals; Train approximately 30 staff of rather IT profiles (Head of Sections, Group leaders, project managers), to CMMI principals; Support/coach as necessary the participants of governance bodies in their respective tasks (tasks already defined), support the process definitions. Etc.
Education and experience required:-
Hands on experience in IT Governance models and implementations;
Experience and knowledge to conduct leadership alignment analysis;
Ability to assess training/coaching targets for COBIT and VAL-IT Principles;
Experience in training COBIT and/or VAL-IT principals to high level managers and experts.
Experience CMMI assessment and implementation. Experience in training CMMI principals to high level managers and experts.
Experience in Support/coach the participants of governance bodies in their respective tasks.
Competences and skills:-
Specific competences and skills are required for the current assignment:
1. COBIT, VAL-IT and CMMI expert with 10 year experience ideally certified,
2. Training and coaching competencies and skills
3. Excellent oral and written and charismatic communicator
