An Electrical Technician is required for a 6 month contract based in Stevenage Paying £13.25/hr Limited Company Rate

Our client is a world leader in the design and manufacture of satellite systems. Their activities cover complete civil and military telecommunications and Earth observation systems, science and navigation programmes, together with avionics and a wide range of space equipment and associated ground infrastructure.
Job Profile
Electrical assembly of Combined Propulsion Systems.
This will include harness and crimping to ESA standards
Tasks to electrical activities on E3000 space craft.
Wiring, crimping etc to ESA standards both on sub - assemblies and structures.
Previous experience
Must have previous experience of working as an Electrical technician within an aerospace/aviation/Military or similar environment.
Must have held or be holding:
ESA Certificates
ECSS-Q-ST-70-08 (soldering)
ECSS-Q-ST-70-26 (crimping)
Shift Pattern:
Shift pattern Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 22:00 for which the appropriate rate (currently 20% uplift) would be paid.
There may be occasional need for weekend work but no weekend work is currently programmed.
Most frequently used shift pattern
Shift early 06:00hrs to 14:00 hrs
Shift late 14:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs
Some weekend working Saturday or Sunday may be required at peak times.
20% uplift is paid for hours between 06:00 and 22:00
