Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements/processes and system integration points to determine appropriate technology solutions.
- Designs, codes, tests and documents applications based on system and user requirements.
- Interacts with business users and IT to define current and future application requirements.

- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- 5-7 years of progressive designing and coding experience
- 5-7 year of IT experience in web application development
- Oracle database experience is also required
- Team work and collaboration
- Detail oriented, ability to understand the requirements and develop based on the specifications
- Self-accountability, quick learner
- Demonstrated ability to coach and provide technical mentoring to others
