Senior Java Developer JEE, Spain
A Java Developer required for our client in Spain for long term opportunity, initial 6 month assignment, in attractive location on the East coast working in an English-speaking International environment. Spanish not required.
Should have 5 years of experience in J2EE development and 4 years of experience in the following skills:
Skills Required:
- Competent Java developer, SCJP certified would be a plus.
- JSP, Struts, EJB, Spring plus other frameworks (mandatory)
- Javascript - Ajax, JAX,
- Web Services (mandatory) - SOAP, RESTful
- iBatis, Hibernate, JDBC
- Entreprise Application Java containers (JBoss)
- Oracle
- Maven (mandatory)
- SVN
- Security awareness, produces documentation, web site design, usability awareness, customer facing, maintenance experience
Nice to have:
- SONAR, JENKINS, JUNIT
- Weblogic
- JQuery
High level of both spoken and written English is required. Minimum accepted level B2 of the CEF (Common European Framework).
Candidates should be eligible to work in Spain, as we cannot sponsor work permits.
