DescriptionGuiding Tech is hiring Android and Windows writers. We're a well-known tech blog with over a million pageviews per month, and get linked to by sites like Lifehacker and CNET frequently. We specialize in evergreen content, meaning how-to's, guides, reviews, lists etc.
We are currently looking for Android and Windows writers.
For Android, the suitable candidate would be someone who has always used Android and is very passionate about it. He currently uses the latest Android version, owns a decent Android phone, loves tinkering with his device, hangs out at the top forums looking for geeky tips and keeps experimenting with new apps.
For Windows, the suitable candidate would be a PC user who has welcomed the sweeping changes to Windows in the past one year (read Windows 8), who loves trying out new apps/software on his Windows PC, and is currently dabbling with Windows 8.1.
The job is location-independent and you'd be paid per post. The payment mode would be Paypal if outside India, and through NEFT transfer if in India. The amount would vary depending on various factors like your experience, skill sets, our budget etc. We are not seeking very experienced candidates though. If you are someone who has written for top websites and have been writing for years then you're probably better off not applying.
