SAP SOLUTION DELIVERY MANAGER REQUIRED FOR INVESTMENT BANK -CONTRACT 12 MONTHS £600 PER DAY.

The responsibilities of Release Delivery Manager:

?Responsible for delivery of an end-to-end solution with associated detailed design documentation which meets the agreed level of functionality to deliver the Business Blueprint for the specified release

?Build and project manage day-to-day execution of plan for Solution Build

?Coordinates all delivery resources and ensures appropriate subject matter experts, analysts and system specialists are assigned to deliver solution and to support other work streams and project phases beyond Build, i.e. Test and Final Preparation

?Advise and monitor quality of solution deliverables

?Ensures a robust and stable technical solution to allow continuous improvement solutions going forward

?Ensures use of standard functionality where possible and challenges bespoke build requirements

?Ensures the overall project release is integrated, in conjunction with the Solution Integrity Manager

?Accountable for implementation of appropriate environment and client strategy, as well as configuration and landscape controls through the overall applications and technical platform

?Monitor system performance, escalate issues to infrastructure manager for resolution

?Work with workstream members to support detailed process mapping activities

?Support the development of training and end user documentation development for the release

?Fully responsible for solution unit testing, and for supporting Testing Manager in other testing phases with resources, knowledge and skills including to complete scenario identification and test script preparation in line with business process scope, test execution, defect analysis and remediation

?Support Business User Acceptance Testing preparation, execution and remediation

?Working with the Data Migration & Cut Over Manager to ensure technical cutover activities are completed and to ensure integration of business cutover activities

?Support for transition and delivery of agreed service & support management capability (to be agreed)

oThrough Go Live, Post-Implementation and Warranty period, provide agreed 2nd/3rd line support activities and transition to Business as usual support team

oReporting

?Chair, minute and produce reports from weekly Solution Delivery Work Stream Leads meetings, with appropriate support from PMO

Report to, participate in and provide appropriate information, inputs and reports to agreed governance bodies, including but not limited to Programme Board, Design Authority & Change Control Board
