Description
My Client is based in Amsterdam; they are looking for a Project Manager for an AIX and Wintel server environment upgrade.Start date: Month Rolling contract.
You will have a skill set that matches the following:
Must have experience with upgrades of Operating Systems and Databases and its complexity.
Upgrading the Operating System under the Databases AIX version 5.3 to version 6.1
Upgrading the operating system under all applications from AIX version 5.3 to version 6.
Upgrading the Operating System of the Servers where Applications and databases are together (including Filenet) from AIX version 5.3 to version 6.1;
Upgrading the Oracle 9i and 10g databases to Oracle 11g
Upgrading the Wintel Applications environment of Windows 2003 to Windows 2008R2.
Upgrading of Business Applications specific to work with the standards imposed, including Internet Explorer version 9 and Java 7.
4 Years' experience as a Project Manager/Project Manager in the past 5 years in IT projects
At least two previous projects using project management methodology ITIL and Prince II
Experience in supervising project upgrades of Operating Systems and Databases and its complexity.
