Description
Project Manager - Oracle Fusion HR/HCM//Workday required for a market leading global organisation.
You will be a strong project manager who possesses excellent stakeholder management/communication skills. You will have previous experience delivering projects focused around Oracle HR/HCM/Fusion and have delivered complex projects.
Understanding of Embedded analytics, dashboards and reports provide Real Time visibility into key metrics and measurements from key HR and financial systems.
Experience of modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, Compensation, TAM, Performance management, ESS, MSS, ELM, Absence Management, Pensions
Ability to use and adhere to project methodology and demonstrate experience with Fusion Functional Setup Manager
Excellent team lead skills including ability to gather and document requirements, provide expertise to analyze client business requirements and suggest delivered/custom solutions to meet these requirements
Ability to work with the functional/technical team members to document requirements, create functional designs and to provide developers with support
Utilize ad hoc reporting and analysis to answer key business questions, analyze historical trends, and compare performance metrics
Uncover actionable insights such as top performing employees, drivers of absence and turnover, risk of staffing shortages and productivity issuesIdentify the programs that maximize workforce performance, reduce turnover and enable the building of world class teams
