My client, a global brand, is looking for a credible and experienced interim Communications &Training Writer for a Global Business Transformation project.

The post holder will be responsible for the definition, development, sign-off and publishing of all end user communications and training materials to support the implementation at global, regional and country level. The post holder will work closely with the Programme Team and key workstreams to ensure that materials are developed in line with requirements.

Key deliverables will include: 
- Perform Training needs assessment 
- Develop and implement self-help/educational programs 
- Produce self-help materials needed for training 
- Training delivery to end users virtually and classroom 
- Prepare Training evaluation and feedback reports - survey & reviews 
- Manage translation of materials, where required, through to sign-off and publishing them online (internal sharepoint site) 
- Publish all final self-help, educational and training materials online 
- Handover to BAU team/other training teams 
- Facilitate stakeholders & project leads to provide necessary content in line with the plan 
- Produce all materials for stakeholder engagement at all levels 
- Manage the sign-off process with the relevant Communications Business Partners 
- Publish all final communications messages on Sharepoint site ready for use in each country deployment

To be successful for this role it is important that you have proven and recent experience working on global programmes to develop end user communications and training materials. You will also be highly articulate with excellent attention to detail and able to work independently and to tight deadlines.
