IT Technical Support Administrators
I am currently looking for a team of local IT technical support administrators to work on a 10 year extendable contract for a market leading client of mine in Accra, Ghana.
Requirements:
1. Experience working with Microsoft Operating Systems (Office)
2. Experience working with the following hardware - PC, Laptops, Printers and Fax machines
3. Understanding service requests of process and tools.
Job Specification:
1. This role provides remote technical support assistance to customers and my clients' technical personnel on multiple products in the high volume through high availability product environments.
2. They receive and record incident related information, and using a variety of tools, techniques and procedures, selects appropriate actions to resolve problems, and communicates the solution or action plan to the customer or my clients' service representative.
3. They identify/recommend updates to knowledge based systems and maintenance packages.
4. They may also provide hardware or software technical support assistance to customers and my clients' personnel in multi-vendor, multi-protocol networks/systems in the high availability product environment.
5. They use professional knowledge and problem determination/problem source identification skills to resolve problems involving hardware, microcode, operating system, application programs, and network issues.
