Manages daily work assignments, productivity monitoring and staff coverage for staff of 40. Area of responsibility includes membership production. Receives assignments as objectives with the processes necessary to fulfil those goals. Requires consistent, focused planning and direction setting. Develops and directs work schedules and monitors work flow to achieve established goals and objectives.
Essential Functions:
Manages the day-to-day operations of a line of business by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; resolving operational problems. Provides operational direction to teams within a line of business in order to meet production goals
Maintains a competent, motivated and qualified staff of employees, which includes coaching and resolution of operational/performance issues
Ensures accuracy and quality of work and conducts audits to ensure standards are consistently met
Develops collaborative partnerships with other key stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or 2 years of equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a member services, financial, or customer services operations
Experience in personnel management to include staffing, scheduling and work assignment management
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare experience desirable
