This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global IT team engaged in the newest HR technology out there. This role supports the Global deployment of Workday HR technology. It has Local, Regional and Global reach.

This role has strong focus on the Compensation process area.

In this role you analyze HR systems' business requirements, operational processes, and data relationships/configurations to sustain operations, align processes across business units/geographies, and develop solutions to complex problems. Communicate with numerous functional areas and define business requirements related to technology. Facilitate process development and improvement activities.

Position Responsibilities

* Facilitate and support the HR technology roadmap to identify extended value of Workday by implementing additional functionality or taking advantage of new Workday capabilities
* Plan and implement concepts, techniques, and standards that support the strategic objectives of the HRIS Technology group.
* Coordinate with regional counterpart(s) for Workday updates and support
* Work with end-users and business partners to assess the business customer requirements, match these requirements to objectives and guide them to the applicable processes and products including developing specifications and enhancements that will achieve the customers and business goals.
* Participate in Workday Communities to remain connected with Workday and customers
* Participate or lead projects in various areas of HR Technology with main focus on: Workday and PeopleSoft
* Determine feasibility of potential system modifications and changes
* Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents and policies.
* Communicate program vision to project teams and key business stakeholders. Ensure continued business sponsorship, engagement, and commitment.
* Create project plans including timelines and milestones and track progress.
* Support HR with Security, Reporting and Testing procedures
* Prepare up-to-date documentation of Workday HR system functions, processes and capabilities
* Provide detailed functional knowledge and maintain insight to current industry best practices and how they can be applied to the Client

Basic Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
* Bachelor's Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
* 4+ years IT experience with a Bachelor's degree
* 2+ years IT experience with a Master's degree
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
* 2+ years of HR ERP project experience
* Knowledge of SaaS technology Workday experience
* Knowledge of compensation process area, specifically merit planning, bonus and stock preferably with Workday or other HR ERP solutions such as PeopleSoft.
