Quality Engineer - Contract - 12 Months - £35-39/hour - ReadingOn offer to the right quality engineer is an extremely exciting opportunity to join an expanding medical device company based in Reading. The quality engineer will have the opportunity to be in an extremely influential role and be a key part in helping with the companies increased work load. The quality engineering role involves control and management of the entire medical device production procedures. Medical and ISO13485 experience are essential. The contract is likely to be 12 month rolling.
The Role
- Reporting to the quality manager in regards to quality assurance and control issues
- Liaising with design teams in terms of quality requirements
- Client and supplier auditing
- Maintenance of quality management systems
Essential Skills Required:
- Medical device/ Pharma quality engineering experience
- At least 4 years in a quality engineering role
- Excellent report writing skills
- Auditing to ISO13485 experience
- Plastic injection molding experience
