Our client is a highly innovative, government-funded organisation working to improve the Australian healthcare system by enabling access to high quality health advice, triage, referral and health information.
Operating since 2007, our client is in a high-growth phase, and is currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their team on a number of new and exciting initiatives.
The position will be responsible for managing the delivery and user experience of all the digital interfaces for the directories program of work. You will establish and maintain standards, assess usability, ensure adherence to WCAG 2 standards and liaise with and coordinate with vendors.
Key skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience delivering a variety of digital project including web, mobile, CMS and social etc.
- Experience in the production and delivery of digital content
- Understanding and exposure to the creative and design process
- Experience in contributing to user acceptance testing
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver project work on time
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and develop new opportunities
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills and a positive collaborative approach
