Description

The role is based within the Customer Targeting Team and will involve supporting the Business Units with the implementation of all prospect contacts. The primary purpose of this role is to perform campaign selections for customer and operation campaigns.

This role involves;

- Working with the Business, Credit Risk, Marketing Analytics and Customer Experience Delivery to understand campaign requirements

- Use of SAS to produce data selections, reports and analysis

- Ensuring accurate execution that is compliant to Customer Targeting Standards

- Driving efficiencies and automation across processes

Technical Skills/Competencies required;
  • Strong technical skills in SAS and SQL. With an aptitude and appetite to gain new skills rapidly.
  • Excellent data handling and analytical skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify priorities and prioritise multiple work streams.
  • Ability to communicate in a competent manner to both internal and external customers.
  • Experience of leading and developing a small team helpful but not essential.
  • Analytical Ability.
  • Deep understanding of the SAS Toolset..
  • Improved Targeting/Counts/Reporting.
  • Reduction in Cost. Reduction on execution time/Automation/Consolidation.
  • Identify and introduce complex metrics with best measure business performance.
  • Additional Data Sources. System Enhancements.
  • Improved Processes/Procedures. Proactively promote Customer Targeting
  • SAS reports, data cleanse
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
