Operating since 2007, our client is in a high-growth phase, and is currently seeking a Senior/Lead Business Analyst to join their team on a number of new and exciting initiatives.
- 5+ year's solid Business Analysis experience with demonstrable skills which include:
- Producing clear and concise and complete business and user requirements, statements and requirements traceability
- Strong documentation skills in user stories, use cases, process maps and relationship maps
- Experience of leading and mentoring other BAs
- Demonstrable experience working with and evaluating Tenders and RFTs
- Highly-motivated self-starter with a proven ability to work autonomously in a high-paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience working with different methodologies with preference for Agile
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
