Description
We are actively searching for a Support Officer for the Web & Mobile Banking Channel for one of our Telco Clients based in Brussels. This refers to the support of Mobile Application.
The Support officer is responsible for daily incident solving and will have the Role of Deployment Specialist. He/she will also integrate the team of Web and will be involved on the on-call support.
The support officer needs to solve and document the resolution of incidents that occur in Web banking and Mobile Banking (ipad and Android applications. He/she needs to understand End-to-End infrastructure components to be able to apply the correct solution. Knowledge of network, WebSphere and wintel environments is required.
Required knowledge and experience:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in second (and third) line application support on mgt level
- Able to document resolutions and knowledge base to be used by 1st line.
- As support officer you are able to solve & document the different incident assigned to your domain
- You're also able to write, apply & update Operational Guidelines
- Coordination skills are also important to participate actively in Incident solving with different internal or external parties
- Knowledge of retail (Web and Ipad-android applications.
- Network Administration (DBA & SQL server database)
- Windows Servers configuration
- WebSphere Application Server knowledge. Administration of Web server & application knowledge
- Computer languages: Visual Basic, Perl, SQL, Cobol
- Security tools
- knowledge of environments (Unix platform)
- Software: Microsoft Office, Visio, PowerPoint, Sql Programmer
- ITIL knowledge
- French and Dutch are a real advantage in addition to English
