Integration Manager
Highly knowledgeable engineer with team management capabilities to assume responsibility leading the RBS team, establishing and implementing the integration process for the program, interfacing to the customer on integration issues for the upgrade the existing mobile network from 2G and 3G to one with 385 new LTE site.
Team Leader will need to have ability to remotely manage teams and manage a mixture of remote/onsite resources. In total, there will be up to 15 Integration engineers on the team. The role will require interfacing to 3rd Part Approved suppliers and ensuring site visits are planned and tasks executed according to agreed process.
The team will be responsible for bringing sites on air and to ensure all testing/troubleshooting is completed whilst maintaining no network KPI degradation.
When sites are on-air, the Integration Manager will interface with Optimisation Team to outline any Legacy issues on site before optimisation of site can take effect.
