Service Desk/Helpdesk Support (Level1 &2)
Location : Cary, NC
Duration : Long Term
Skills Required:
- Must be able to demonstrate Setting up Online user accounts with Windows
- Must have Active Directory experience and should have demonstrated it in the previous recent project and must be able to talk about it.
- Hands on VPN (Virtual Private Network)
- He/She will be responsible to provide 100 % voice support to the clients and provide online technical resolution.
- Client runs . Candidates have to be open to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
