The ability of the company's performance oriented customers to convert online leads into sales is one of the most powerful drivers of ROI.

The core objective of the role is to help travel sector advertisers and their agencies increase the value of search traffic by improving their onsite customer experience, ultimately boosting their conversion rates. You will work directly with the largest travel clients to provide usability best-practice, analytics and data-based consultative services to drive ROI improvements.

This is a key role in the company's Large Customer Sales team. You will contribute to our company's revenue growth by influencing customers to adopt your recommendations to derive more value from their websites, and therefore increase ROI from our company's advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively search for opportunities to improve conversion and user experience across the customer portfolio and drive sales revenue by influencing customers to adopt recommendations
  • Influence customer organisations to adopt a culture of testing and a focus on user experience
  • Evangelise Google Analytics. Leverage insights to benefit client sales pitches and promote data-driven decision making.
  • Educate customers on the differing needs of mobile users and guide them on how to maximise performance.
  • Develop and collate best practice frameworks, sales collateral and case studies that sales teams can use to enhance client "conversion savviness".

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role eg online web analyst, analytics specialist, conversion optimiser, UX consultant
  • Ability to influence senior executives at client organisations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, or similar analytics tools
  • Appreciation and understanding of online consumer behaviour
  • Data-driven and analytical; able to translate data and trends into powerful strategies and compelling messaging.
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
