We are looking for a Creative, energetic, results-driven EMEA marketing leader with a proven ability to deliver integrated marketing programs while achieving or exceeding business goalsIdeally 8-10 years of related marketing experience with a track record of success building leads and pipeline for high-growth companies
- Understanding of Enterprise Software, Business Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, and/or Data Integration
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
- Strong planning and creative problem solving skills with the ability to act very tactically
- Strong market and audience segmentation approach to marketing programs - can target specific programs to key personas based on expected buying pattern
- Must be results-oriented and measures success of campaigns/programs through salesforce.com - knowledge of Marketo a big plus
- Matrix management is key
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional, virtual teams
- Influence co-workers while fostering strong working relationships
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills
- Objectivity and openness to others' views to continually build a positive team spirit
