The ideal skill-stack required for this role is as follows:
-Java/JEE
-Cassandra/Solar/Lucene
-Amazon Web Services
-Spring Security
-Web services (SOAP, Restful)
-Hadoop
-Some Architectural experience
-Agile Methodology exposure (TDD)
