A Higher Education client of mine are looking for an experienced CRM Consultant to take a strateigic lead in managing the implementation of a new CRM system across the University.

Using strong communication, project management skills and extensive experience in data analysis and problem solving you will lead on CRM implementation to ensure that CRM is used consistently and effectively across the organisation. You will also be committed to the strategic aims of the University.

Responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Review and develop a comprehensive attributes list.
  • Set up filters and logic to enable personalised communications to be sent via the system, including establishing naming conventions and folder structures.
  • Establish a comprehensive set of html email templates to enable system users to send on brand communications.
  • Using filters and in line with the finalised communications plans, build, test, distribute and monitor email communications.
  • Become a superuser of the system, working with the relevant faculty members to assist them in the set up and management of Visit day events and all related communications, delivering best practice through all activities.
  • Establish data entry requirements and set up related forms. Integrate into existing processes, amending if required.
  • Use system analytics data to set up reporting for both central and faculty communications, providing recommendations for on-going improvement.
  • Consider and set up processes for data cleansing


Candidates with experience of Hobson CRM will be at an advantage.
