IT Service Management Analyst (ITSM), ITIL  ISO9001, IT Quality Control, Alicante Spain

We require an English-speaking IT Service Management (ITSM) Analyst with experience of ISO9001 and ITIL processes and IT Quality Control, and at least 3 years experience for our client in Alicante for an assignment to end 2013, renewable for one year, starting in September.

THE ROLE

Consultant specialising in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and IT management tools, ITIL Foundation certified or Service Manager, who will provide the services of analysis, definition and design processes, and assist in the development of ITSM support tools.

Responsibility for evolution of models and processes ensuring compliance processes.

  • ITSM
  • ITIL knowledge
  • ISO 9001 knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience in quality control of computer processes.
  • Functional Improvement Design (preparation of deliverables, communication of results and delivery and presentation of appropriate documentation)
  • Defining Quality policies to be followed in the Service
  • Implementation and dissemination of the Quality Plan
  • Planning and conducting focused reviews of Quality Plan
  • Computer Engineer

LANGUAGES

A high level of both spoken and written English is required. Minimum accepted level B2 of the CEF (Common European Framework). Spanish is valuable but not essential.

Candidates should be eligible to work in Spain, as we cannot process work permits.
