Key responsibilities
Develop enterprise architecture approach
Supervisory/Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it):
Enterprise Architecture activities for the development of a strategic roadmap. There will always be a close collaboration between the program manager (PGM), the enterprise business architect (EBA) and the enterprise IT architect (EIA), but the focus in each phase will be different. These activities are (cfr. TOGAF)

- Develop enterprise architecture approach (PGM, EBA, EIA)

- Extend change agenda with enterprise infrastructure architecture insights
- Consolidate target enterprise architecture (EBA,EIA)
- Resolve enterprise architecture issues and conflicts
- Finalize work packages and dependencies
- Group work packages into architecture changes
- Identify transition architectures (PGM, EBA, EIA)
- Validate enterprise architecture fitment to realise capabilities (PGM, EBA, EIA)
- Validate enterprise architecture fitment to business strategy (PGM, EBA, EIA)
- Estimate change agenda cost and resource needs (PGM, EBA, EIA)
- Develop strategic roadmap (PGM, EBA, EIA)
- Prioritise and select architecture changes
- Define strategic roadmap
- Ability to work in onsite/offshore model.
- Associate should have Dutch and English Language speaking capability.
Experience required:
Experience of minimum 10-14 years as enterprise architect
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders
Experience of managing and working with people from different ethnicity and culture.
Duration of the Assignment: 6 Month
Start Date: 19-Aug-2013
Special working conditions (travel, on call etc): Will have to work full time from client site
Person Specification: ie Negotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive.
Strong communication and Good negotiation skills, client facing role.
