Ajilon Consulting are a leading UK IT solutions and support business located in central Hertfordshire. We currently have vacancies for scheduling co-ordinators to join our in-house projects team to support key projects taking place over the next 3 months.

This role will involve scheduling our engineering resource across our UK sites and providing general admin support to our team. Ideal candidates will have strong customer focused and administration skills, you should be adaptable and have the ability to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Schedule engineering resource and services to complete the project as scoped.
- Central point of contact for Client - arranging appointments, updates, satisfaction surveys.
- Monitor, record, analyse and report on activities undertaken on and off customer sites using Excel Spreadsheets and database applications.
- Monitor resource and financials
- Control the movement of equipment and materials during the project.
- Manage Travel arrangements and reporting
- Create and file the necessary documentation during the project
- Create reports as directed by Delivery and Implementation Team Leader.
- Liaise with management and departments at all levels of the business, managing their expectations for project delivery, escalating project issues, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership as appropriate.
- Participation at customer meetings, both face to face or by telephone.
