Implement XenDesktop (VDI)
3APPLICATION ADMIN Support and maintenance of core applications for both end users and other teams, such as developers, database or server administrators, etc.
3ER LEVEL Resolution of the more complex End User Computing incidents
Administration of global aspects of End User Computing (such as administration of the desktop platform, testing and carrying out technical changes to the platform, patches, etc.) and working with Servers related to the management of End User Computing services (such as Microsoft SMS/SCCM, security policies and corporate antivirus, etc.)
