This is an excellent opportunity to join an Edinburgh based financial sector client on an initial 12 month contract. The role of the Customer Manager involves managing day-to-day relationships with Customers to ensure all service levels are met and exceed Customer, regulatory and legal requirements. The Customer Manager is responsible for performance measurement, analytics, consulting and Customer related service as well as problem resolution. The role involves regular communication with all Customers on at least a quarterly basis and face to face meetings with key customers as required.

Candidates must have excellent Customer Service and communication skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team under the supervision of the Customer Team Leader. Knowledge and experience of Performance Management and associated systems is essential and a background with general investment knowledge would be highly advantageous.
