Description
Our client, a large banking organisation is looking for an experienced communications professional with experience in customer contact campaigns and internal communications to join a large redressing project in London.
Responsibilities
- Continued Development and Delivery of the Customer Contact Strategy
- Delivery of Internal Communications Strategy
- Programme Management of the Customer Contact Strategy Workstream
- Ongoing monitoring and support of the bespoke and adhoc treatment strategies
Skills Required
- Customer Focus or experience working on customer focused communications projects desirable
- Experience working on a redressing project desirable
- Internal/external communications
- Project Management (Plan, Cost, RAIDs)
- Stakeholder Management
- Understanding of Commercial Business
