Our client, a large banking organisation is looking for an experienced communications professional with experience in customer contact campaigns and internal communications to join a large redressing project in London.

Responsibilities

  • Continued Development and Delivery of the Customer Contact Strategy
  • Delivery of Internal Communications Strategy
  • Programme Management of the Customer Contact Strategy Workstream
  • Ongoing monitoring and support of the bespoke and adhoc treatment strategies 

Skills Required

  • Customer Focus or experience working on customer focused communications projects desirable
  • Experience working on a redressing project desirable
  • Internal/external communications
  • Project Management (Plan, Cost, RAIDs)
  • Stakeholder Management 
  • Understanding of Commercial Business
