Description
My client, a major financial institution, is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant for a large data centre migration project. You will be involved in a highly critical project involving multiple streams of work, and therefore required to deal well in complex environments.
You will be the Technical SME working within a Network and Security environment, with the objective to migrate a number of data-flows and file transfers from one premise to another. This in turn will aid the full projects objective of relocation of a critical data centre.
Key Requirements:
- Thorough experience with Sterling Integrator and Sterling Secure Proxy to file transfers
- A strong understanding of Secure File Transmission processes (https, sftp, ftps)
- Communication skills are very important here as you will be liaising with multiple project teams
- Ability to deal with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work in a complex environment where there are multiple streams
