C# / ASP.Net / SSIS / Contract / London / £450-£550pdMy client a top tier investment bank is looking for a C# Developer with strong SQL skills to join their expanding team based inLondon.
Successful candidates will have the following experience:
An ideal candidate will have built up database development experience in the financial sector and be able to demonstrate:
- C#, Web; exposure to ASP.NET
- SQL/RDB; solid commercial database experience; SSIS & SQL Server ) essential
- ETL; practical experience of designing and tuning data warehouse star schemas as well as implementing stored procedures essential
- Impact assessment of when job failures occur and taking the appropriate remedial/escalation actions.
- Impact assessment of Production issues taking the appropriate remedial/escalation actions.
- Prior experience as a developer on a Data Warehouse project in the banking sector
- Exposure to Treasury/Commercial Banking products preferred
- Must have experience of working with end users and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Reporting; solid experience of using a Reporting Tool (MicroStrategy preferred). This is a nice to have and not essential
