My Client are a well established company, based in London with the highest brand recognition in the market. They are growing faster than 10% per annum.They are looking for an entrepreneurial sales director to help us to take advantage of the huge potential of our business.
They have a team of 30 sales executives who need inspiration, direction, organization and support.
Specific Tasks Include
* Open up new markets
* Organize the sales force creating a solid reporting system using a CRM system
* Plan budgets and growth with the European Director
* Design and produce regular reports giving clear information on sales history, forecasts, present stock and sales positions
* Set targets for sales force and monitor them. Motivate the team and develop a good team spirit. Regular sales meetings to review this are needed.
* Look after the image of the company, ensuring high quality and excellent delivery service. Monitor and report complaints, deal with these professionally.
Skills and Experience
* Experience of working with Virtualisation CRM/ERP solutions preferably with a high quality brand
* A proven track record demonstrating a real contribution and achievement.
* The ability to multi task
* Have good organizational skills that enable you to monitor all areas of responsibility
* Be entrepreneurial, have sound judgment, excellent commercial acumen, have a positive personality with the ability to lead and to influence customers and your team.
* Be willing to travel
