Senior Test Lead (CG9900)

9+ Month Contract
Contract Terms: W2, C2C, or 1099
Essential Functions:
- Work with program support staff, IT Security Staff (SEC) and ETO management to determine test needs for each Security initiative
- Develop test plans which include defining test roles and responsibilities, allocating test resources and developing a test schedule to ensure that the project's needs and expectations are met.
- Align the test plan and execution with the overall IT Enterprise Quality Assurance methodology, standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide documentation updates as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and business program support staff to define and document test plans, as aligned with IEEE , and Level of Effort assessments for testing
- Set-up and configure folders within the test management tool, HP ALM
- Execute test scenarios and scripts, track and document defects; develop and provide test results for review
- Assist with the submission of Change Control Requests, and schedule release for Production by working collaboratively with the Release Management Office
- Participate as an active member of the testing team to ensure the solution delivered is tested properly and traceable to the documented requirements
- Support and participate in all other test activities as needed and directed
- Attend and/or facilitate project, staff, and management meetings as required
- Provide weekly status reports and inform management of any issues that require escalation
Minimum qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of test management or lead experience.
- Experience with HP ALM test tool
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience with security testing is highly desired
- Previous experience with network testing is highly desired
