Role: Service Delivery Manager- French Speaking
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Toulouse, France
Skills & Description:
- Spreading awareness of our service offerings across the Customer hierarchy
- Supports Sales/Relationship and Delivery teams in proposal/solution development
- Supporting onsite presales and customer presentations
- Identifying other areas of cross-sell and up-sell and working with the Sales/Relationship team
- Participating in onsite Customer reviews and governance meetings
- Timely escalation to Stakeholders and seek support in case of resourcing shortfalls/attrition, and ensure project deliveries are not impacted
- Define High level Project Scope to Project teams
- Manage communications and formal project status reviews with the Customer, Sales/Relationship and Delivery leadership
- Review customer expectations and project deliverables and their milestones
- Identify project changes, risks and develop mitigation plans on a continuous basis
- Review Business continuity plans
