Freelance COBIT, VAL-IT and CMMI Expert
For an important client of ours, located in the Swedish region, we are looking for a Freelance COBIT, VAL-IT and CMMI Expert with 10 years of experience.
Profile description:
- Hands on experience in IT Governance models and implementations.
- Experience and knowledge to conduct leadership alignment analysis.
- Ability to assess training/coaching targets for COBIT and VAL-IT Principles.
- Experience in training COBIT and/or VAL-IT principals to high level managers and experts.
- Experience with CMMI assessment and implementation.
- Experience in training CMMI principals to high level managers and experts.
- Experience in Support/coach the participants of governance bodies in their respective tasks.
- Experience in process definition and implementation related tasks related to organization change (eg: Organization of the testing).
Competences and skills:
- COBIT, VAL-IT and CMMI expert with 10 year experience, ideally certified.
- University degree.
- Training and coaching competencies and skills.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English, preferably knowledge of Swedish.
- Charismatic communicator.

Duration: 6 months + possible extensions
