Location: Plano, TX, 75024
Contract: 9 months with potential to extend

Pay: Up to $60/hr W2

We have an IMMEDIATE NEED for a strong Telecommunications Engineer with strong MPLS command line skills for Cisco equipment. The engineer should have experience with the following platforms: Cisco 7206, 7609, GSR, 3750, and Alcatel-Lucent 7750. Your Resume must showcase routing and switching work in your recent job descriptions and work with WAN.
REQUIRED:
1. Minimum 2 to 3 years experience with MPLS and Cisco Routers and Switches. Platforms include: Cisco 7206, 7609, GSR, 3750, and Alcatel-Lucent 7750.
2. Experienced building Cisco configurations for basic changes to include policy maps, new VRFs, and clean-up work orders.
3. Experience working in a NOC, NOCC, GNOC or TNOC operation center.
4. Experience with the full life cycle of migrating circuits from an existing MPLS platform to a new platform.
EDUCATION:
4 year degree in Computer Science highly desired!
CERTIFICATION:
CCNA and/or CCNP highly desired!
