Major Responsibilities
This position will have responsibility for delivering to internal clients a deeper understanding of their customers' wants and needs. Through the use of User Centred Design you will produce interactive solutions that deliver business objectives in a useful, usable and engaging manner.
Professional Experience
Portfolio of work (Required) Include examples of all areas of interaction design (user flows, wireframes, final graphical display)
Agile UX experienced (Required)
Experience working on large System Integration projects
Highly organised, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Facilitate interaction design workshops
Ability to defend design decisions and be the user advocate
Professional experience as an interaction designer, user experience designer, information architect, interactive architect or experience architect.
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops to achieve consensus and a user experience direction.
Working environment
Able to work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
Able to work well independently with clients, as a project lead and as an individual team member.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Comfortable communicating and managing stakeholder relationship
Create interaction design artefacts
Effective time management
Experience working on large System Integration projects
