Description
This is a brand new need for a Functional Analyst/Business Analyst to join a small team in a very well known financial institution.
This is a business facing role, whilst working closely with the technical team. You will be expected to be the conjure between the developers and the business in order to collect the requirements and write the functional specifications, and create the appropriate solutions.
There will be a focus on Back End systems within a Java environment, so a good understanding of both would be highly beneficial.
You will need to demonstrate:
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to liaise regularly with technical teams
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience in a functional analyst role previously
- Experience in the banking industry - Core Banking, Payments or Transactional Banking
- Solution Design experience
