JD:
Good Middleware component knowledge in Telecom sufficiently to be able to assess effectiveness of the design solution. Design level knowledge not necessary.
Proven communication skills.
People management.
Resource allocation.
Knowledge and experience of project planning.
Project life cycle Dev/Test/Oat/Live/DR experience.
Stakeholder management to be able to represent Middleware team on assigned projects
Ability to manage sometimes difficult situations calmly.
Ability to follow process but be able to think outside of the box when required.
Estimating, Responsible for taking a Solution Design and working with the Lead and Middleware designers/engineers to review and agree project requirements/timelines and co- ordinate delivery into test environments and production.
