Functional Support/Internet applications/Windows/ITIL/ASL/Dutch speaking
We are looking for a functional application support specialist to solve problems with consensus of the stakeholders for global Internet applications. You have excellent communication skills and have a hands-on mentality. And are used to work in a dynamic environment where workload diverges. Besides good 'soft skills' you have excellent knowledge of IT Tooling/Systems and processes.
Activities:
-You will provide 2nd-line application support for CRM systems and IT Tools.
- formulating requests for changes, acceptance testing and you will coordination bug fixes and will align with our internal and external software vendors
- Identify in collaboration with 2nd line support team incidents and requests and provide analysis, test-data and advise to technical and development teams and application users.
-You will monitor the integrity of the batch processes and advise the business regarding improvements of the data integrity in the chain.
Must have Knowledge and Experience:
* Experience as a (functional) application consultant (min 3 years); (MUST)
* Knowledge of ITIL/ASL; (MUST)
* Experience with applications on MS-Windows/Knowledge of Windows on conceptual level; (MUST)
* Knowledge of Internet techniques, processes and workflows; (MUST)
Preferred experience:
* Knowledge of and experience with CRM, document management and/or Treasury systems in a financial environment
* Knowledge of IT tooling like TFS, EPM, HP QC
* Experience with/knowledge of Linux.
* Knowledge of and experience with MS-SQL
* Knowledge of Oracle on conceptual level;
