Description
As a Senior Manager you will report directly into the head of Mass Affluent and will be responsible for supporting the development of the long term commercial model for the mass affluent segment.
The team itself will be responsible for developing the segment proposition across Retail, within the context of the economic, regulatory and competitive headwinds currently facing the business.
The successful candidate will be a proven strategic thinker and will have the following responsibilities:
*Lead business model reviews for the mass affluent segment
*Develop customer level segmentation and treatment strategies across multipleproduct lines
*Identify cross product opportunities to diversify and optimise segment income streams
Drive sollaboration across Retail Products on bespoke proposition development
Work with diverse senior stakeholders across the bank.
